I’m a multidisciplinary design leader with 20+ years of experience across art direction, brand design, digital, social, and integrated campaigns. With a background spanning leading advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, and production environments, I bring strong conceptual thinking, design craft, and creative leadership to build meaningful, impactful brand experiences.
My career began as a Graphic Designer before evolving into Art Direction at leading advertising agencies in the Dominican Republic, including Pagés BBDO, McCann Erickson, and Leo Burnett. In 2013, I co-founded Multilayer, a boutique audiovisual production and design studio, expanding my experience across creative direction, design, production, and client leadership.
Since relocating to Canada in 2017, I have held senior and design leadership roles at Cineplex Digital Media, Lighthouse Labs, and Viral Nation, where I currently lead designers and multidisciplinary creative initiatives across digital, social, brand, and integrated campaigns.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed creative concepts and led design work for global and high-profile brands including Amazon Luna, Chelsea FC, 7-Eleven Canada, Slurpee Canada, Jack Daniel’s, Dr. Squatch, Liquid I.V., LLumar, Kimberly-Clark brands Kleenex and Cottonelle, and CeraVe, among others.
As a design leader, my role extends beyond execution. I guide teams from concept through delivery, establishing visual direction, translating strategic objectives into compelling creative ideas, presenting and articulating creative thinking, mentoring designers, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a consistently high level of craft across every touchpoint.
I also integrate AI-powered creative workflows into the design process, using emerging tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, iteration, and production while keeping human creativity and design craft at the core.
I believe strong creative leadership means creating the conditions for great work: setting a clear vision, empowering designers, encouraging experimentation, and building a collaborative culture where ideas can evolve into work that is both strategically relevant and creatively ambitious.
I hold a BA in Industrial Design with a focus on Visual Programming from the Faculty of Fine Arts of São Paulo, Brazil (Faculdade de Belas Artes de São Paulo).
